Norwegian glam hard rockers Wig Wam throw out their fourth studio album “Wall Street” at a time when playing hook laden, feel good party rock isn’t a dirty secret anymore. Especially thanks to the success of Reckless Love, The Poodles and Hardcore Superstar among others from the Scandinavian shores. Trouble is, the four-piece emphasize the multi-tracked vocal harmonies at the detriment of proper guitar hooks and engaging arrangements- rendering songs like “The Bigger The Better” and “Wrong Can Feel So Right” as nothing more than
The funky/spacey keyboards throughout “One Million Enemies” may be best served in Oingo Boingo material than for Wig Wam - although the closing instrumental ballad “Things Money Can’t Buy” proves guitarist Teeny knows his way around a fret board in a classic Gary Moore meets shredding manner.

Nothing rises above the average material on “Wall Street” to keep my interest longer than a few minutes.
